Total Therapy

The Total Therapy Institute has been operating in New Zealand for over
17 years and has helped countless customers with numerous problems ranging from serious illness and injuries to relaxation. This is a full-scale therapeutic massage institute run by Natalya and Nikolai Kulakovsky.

Nikolai has over 30 years of international massage experience. He’s been a sports massage therapist, a massage tutor to medical and nursing professionals overseas. Nikolai is a member of the Massage Institute of New Zealand.
With over 20 years of medical experience, Natalia has worked as a hospital massage therapist. Also, being a former champion in swimming (Russia), she was a swimming instructor for a number of high performing athletes.  She is now a female massage therapist, including prenatal massage therapy.

An ancient healer Avicenna once said: “This is the greatest of all healing arts
as it revitalizes the body, removes the fouled humours and increases the powers of the mind. It is good for women, men and children alike, and is both a cure and preventer of disease.”
This most ancient of all the healing arts must, however, be practiced by professionals. Natalya and Nikolai have training in physiology, bioenergetics and sports massage, as well as having studied the traditional and ancient massage modalities.
